Handel House School, a small, independent Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep school for girls and boys aged 3 to 11 years, based in Gainsborough, is opening its doors to prospective parents for a series of Open Days throughout September and October.
Situated in Northolme, a pleasant residential area of the town which is adjacent to the Gainsborough Trinity Football Ground, the school boasts excellent public transport links, plus free school transport (subject to demand).
Established in 1850, Handel House School is proud of it’s friendly, family atmosphere and small class sizes, which enables us to focus on each child’s individual needs.
Head teacher Mrs Haigh, said: “We are offering parents and children the opportunity to visit our school and meet the staff on Saturday 29th September (9:30am to 12:30pm), Monday 1st October and Tuesday 2nd October (5pm to 8pm), so that they can see for themselves the exciting learning opportunities that our school provides”.
Mrs Haigh added: “a more personalised learning approach has led to 90% of our students securing their first choice secondary school and local Grammar school place. Also due to a change in Government policy, we are delighted to be able to increase our nursery offering for 3 to 5 year olds, helping to fulfil a huge demand in the area”.
Parents are encouraged to visit the website or call, prior to attending, to register their interest as Open Day places are limited.
