Our Harvest Festival will take place on Monday 23rd September and all donations of food will be most gratefully received by the Salvation Army. Many thanks in advance for your generosity.
‘Children in Need’ is on Friday 16th November and the theme is ‘Do Your Thing’. School uniform will not be required on this day. Children are encouraged to donate at least £1 to the charity. Further details will be displayed on the notice board later.
Our Christmas Nativity will take place in the Parish Church on Monday 9th December commencing at 6.30pm.
There will be a Christmas party and disco for the children at the Blues Club on Thursday 12th December. We would be grateful for donations of food. School uniform will not be required that day.
School closes for half term holiday on Friday 11th October, reopening on Monday 28th October and for Christmas on Friday 13th December, reopening on Monday 6th January.
As a reminder, register your child for the flu’ vaccinations in school on Monday 28th October. I am informed that only 50% of parents have registered so far. Should you wish not to proceed the team have asked that you provide a nil return.
