EXAM RESULTS

Handel House is a non-selective school. Upon joining the school, pupils are given a series of informal assessments to determine their entry attainment levels.

Through a tailored curriculum, and with termly ‘pulse’ checks, staff then manage each individual’s ‘Flightpath’ tracker so as to ensure that every individual’s achievement levels are maximised, as improvement areas would have been identified early.

Many of our pupils aim for their local grammar school upon exiting Handel House at the end of year 6; others will join an Independent Senior School and some, a local academy. Whatever the preferred destination, Handel House will work closely with parent and child to ensure that transition into senior school is as close to ‘best fit’ as it can be.
